We offer composite hose products that meet international standards, including Chinese national standards (GB/T 10544-2013, GB/T 24145-2009), American standards (ASTM D1053, ASTM D2000), and European standards (EN 13765, EN 14420), covering a variety of materials such as PTFE-lined composite hoses, nylon-lined composite hoses, stainless steel braided composite hoses, and polyester fiber braided composite hoses. Our products range in inner diameter from 10mm to 300mm and in length up to 100 meters. We support customized pressure ratings (e.g., low pressure 0.1-1MPa, medium pressure 1-5MPa, high pressure 5-10MPa) and lining treatments (corrosion-resistant, anti-stick, food-grade polishing). Through precise material compounding and molding process control, our composite hoses maintain excellent flexibility and bending resistance while possessing strong resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and can adapt to installation and use under complex working conditions. They are widely used in fields such as chemical engineering, petroleum, shipbuilding, machinery manufacturing, food and pharmaceutical manufacturing, and hydraulic systems.
This production line employs a combined composite molding and precision winding process, equipped with a high-precision composite machine and a multi-layer braiding and winding machine. A fully automated pressure control system (APC) ensures a stable pressure tolerance of ±0.1 MPa. The entire production line integrates an online pressure testing unit, an inner lining forming unit, and a laser roundness measuring instrument. Combined with an ultrasonic flaw detector and a media corrosion resistance testing system, product performance parameters meet international standards such as ASTM and EN. This production system is ISO 14001 environmental management system certified and can provide third-party SGS inspection reports and material traceability certificates upon customer request.
To ensure the quality of our composite hose products, we will arrange professional quality inspectors to conduct a comprehensive inspection of product quality, packaging integrity, weight accuracy, flexibility, and media resistance, based on customer requirements for product specifications, pressure ratings, and lining materials.
