Utilizing fully automated high-speed coating lines equipped with precision roller coating systems and intelligent curing ovens, our process ensures uniform coating distribution and excellent adhesion. Integrated online colorimeters (ΔE≤1.0) and thickness gauges enable stable production at speeds of up to 120 meters per minute. The line fully supports small-batch customization to meet diverse and specialized customer requirements.
