Our carbon steel plates cover two core processes: hot rolling and cold rolling, meeting the needs of diverse application scenarios.
Hot-rolled carbon steel plates are manufactured via a high-temperature rolling process, with natural scale retained on the surface. They boast excellent ductility, toughness, and high strength, while being cost-effective. These plates are widely used in fields requiring specific thickness and load-bearing capacity, such as building structures, mechanical manufacturing bases, and vehicle frames.
Cold-rolled carbon steel plates, on the other hand, undergo low-temperature rolling and precision cold-rolling processes based on hot rolling. Featuring a smooth and flat surface, they offer high dimensional accuracy, minimal thickness deviation, and superior rust resistance. They are commonly applied in scenarios with strict requirements for appearance and precision, including home appliance casings, automotive body panels, and precision instrument components.
Both types of carbon steel plates are made from high-quality primary iron ore smelting raw materials, ensuring stable chemical composition. You can choose flexibly according to your specific application scenarios.


Our Hot-rolled carbon steel plates are manufactured using state-of-the-art controlled rolling technology with computerized temperature control systems and ultra-heavy plate mills. The production process incorporates online ultrasonic testing equipment for real-time quality monitoring, along with precision leveling and cutting systems to ensure dimensional accuracy. Strict thickness tolerances ranging from ±0.1mm to ±1.0mm are maintained depending on specifications, while our advanced cooling systems guarantee consistent mechanical properties throughout each plate.
The cold-rolled carbon steel plate production line uses hot-rolled base plates as raw materials, equipped with high-precision cold rolling mills, fully automatic pickling lines and intelligent annealing furnaces to achieve precision rolling at room temperature. Through CNC tension control and laser thickness measurement equipment, parameters are calibrated in real time, ensuring the plate thickness deviation is ≤±0.01mm and the surface roughness is as low as Ra0.8μm. High-strength rolls and hydraulic servo systems simultaneously enhance hardness and density. The ultra-precise quality created by advanced equipment perfectly meets the high-precision requirements of automotive, high-end home appliance and other fields.
